Achillea millefolium, Allium Sativum, Alnus Glutinus and Juglans Regia are some of the herbs that make up this blend. Can be used externally to bathe inflamed skin or as a throat gargle for acute infections. To use externally, put 15 drops in a bowl of cool boiled water. The gargle can also be made in the same way.
